These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by C & S Janitorial Service (“C & S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://www.candsjanitorial.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a request, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance
Program Description
If you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in to receive text messages, C & S may send messages related to your inquiry or requested services. Messages may include quote or walkthrough confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling information, and customer support communications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with C & S and your service or appointment activity.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you provide consent again.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. C & S does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our SMS program.

Cleaning needs, property conditions, access requirements, scheduling, frequency, preparation responsibilities, and pricing may be evaluated during a conversation or walkthrough. A service relationship begins only after C & S and the customer agree to the applicable scope, schedule, pricing, and any additional written terms.
Any estimate or proposal is based on the information and conditions available at the time it is prepared. Material changes to the property, requested work, access, frequency, or site conditions may require an updated scope or price.
Service Availability
Services are subject to location, scheduling, staffing, property conditions, access, and the scope requested. Submission of a form or receipt of an automated confirmation does not guarantee an appointment or service availability. C & S will confirm scheduling directly with the customer.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to C & S and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
C & S grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the Site for personal or internal business informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from C & S or the applicable rights holder.
You may print or save a reasonable number of Site pages for your own non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
Information and Materials You Submit
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate the rights of another person or business.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisiana unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution method.
Changes to These Terms

Severability
